| Burbank, CA, December 4, 2002 – TVN Entertainment, a leading provider of on-demand television programming, management and delivery solutions, and Sony Pictures Television International, today announced a long-term agreement covering Video-On-Demand and Pay-Per-View distribution. The agreement covers current releases including box office hits XXX, Men In Black II, and Spider-Man, as well as a broad selection of quality library titles such as Tootsie, Close Encounters of the Third Kind and Jerry Maguire. The announcement was made by Michael H. Klein, Senior Vice President of Pay-Per-View and Sports Programming for TVN Entertainment and Peter Iacono, Executive Vice President, Sales for SPTI.
