Corporation, the leading provider of on demand television programming,
management and delivery solutions, today announced the release
of ADONISS 1.3, its premier Video-On-Demand (VOD) asset and
service management software. The expanded features will be available
to TVN customers beginning June 2, 2003.
ADONISS will now provide Multiple System Operators (MSOs)
with complete asset tracking including the ability to search
and track specific titles, asset status for 3rd party content,
and the ability to view content in multiple sites on a per
asset basis. In addition, TVN affiliates, studio and network
partners will have improved navigation and reporting functions,
including the ability to download daily delivery schedules
for comparison to server inventory.
"By enhancing our ADONISS software, we can offer our
affiliates and content providers increased control and monitoring
of their assets, as well as new revenue streams through increased
asset management flexibility," said Dom Stasi, Chief
Technology Officer of TVN. "In addition, we are focused
on continuing to provide an open-standard technology platform
to offer our affiliates the most diverse and flexible range
of VOD programming options available."
These enhancements are in addition to the already versatile
ADONISS VOD asset management and distribution service solution
that has been in market for more than three years and is deployed
by five of the top MSOs. ADONISS is currently in market and
integrated with Motorola, Scientific Atlanta, TV Guide, TV
Gateway, nCUBE, SeaChange, and Concurrent.
