Burbank, CA, July 15, 2003- TVN Entertainment Corporation,
the leading provider of on demand content, management and
delivery services, today announced that it has concluded a
distribution agreement with the Independent Film Channel (IFC).
Under the agreement TVN will distribute, encode, and provide
asset management of up to 18 hours of Video-On-Demand/Subscription
Video-On-Demand (VOD/SVOD) programming per month from IFC.
Content from IFC includes Y Tu Mama Tambien, Happy Accidents,
Business of Strangers, The King Is Alive, Thomas in Love,
Our Song, IFC's documentary A Decade Under the Influence,
and the original series Dinner for Five with additional footage
for VOD. The agreement will also cover IFC's recently announced
Uncensored On Demand (SM) SVOD service that features edgy,
unique content and will not be repurposed programming from
the IFC network.

the industry by offering pre-network release windows for certain
high profile product."

VOD content."
TVN currently distributes more than 1200 hours VOD programming
from over 70 content providers.
