Burbank, CA, Sept. 9, 2003- TVN Entertainment Corporation,

management and delivery services, today announced a new three-year
licensing agreement with World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc.
(WWE), the #1 provider of pay-per-view programming in the
world.
The agreement covers WWE's monthly Pay-Per-View events and
the WWE Fanatics series. Live WWE Pay-Per-Views will be offered
in English and Spanish. Multiple showings will also be made
available on Event TV, TVN's premiere linear event's channel,
allowing operators to maximize tune-in and revenue from WWE
programs.
