Burbank, CA, January 27, 2004 - TVN Entertainment
Corporation, a leading provider of on demand television programming,
management and delivery services, today announced that it
has reached an agreement with Cablevision Systems Corp. to
deliver select new release and library films, adult, cable
network and specialty content, including Mag Rack, to the
MSO for its Video-On-Demand (VOD) service. The agreement will
also give Cablevision the option of adding new products that
TVN develops or offers in the future.

digital services that include the industry's most diverse

to enhancing the on demand component of their iO: Interactive
Optimum® digital cable service."
Cablevision provides cable service to nearly 3 million customers
in the New York metropolitan area. Approximately 900,000,
or 30%, of these cable customers are iO: Interactive Optimum
digital cable customers - up from 216,545, or 6.5%, at the
end of last year. iO offers customers access to more than
200 channels, including 50 premium movie channels, 45 channels
of commercial-free digital music, more than 700 titles available
on demand and other benefits.
