Burbank, CA, February 03, 2004- TVN Entertainment,
a leading provider of on demand television programming, management
and delivery services, today announced a new non-exclusive
agreement covering satellite distribution of TVN's Video-On-Demand
(VOD) and Pay-Per-View (PPV) products with PanAmSat Corporation,
one of the world's premier satellite services companies.
The deal enables TVN to double its VOD transport capabilities.
TVN will distribute its VOD services on PanAmSat's popular
Galaxy 10R satellite, one of the nation's most desirable cable
television distribution neighborhoods. Currently TVN distributes
over 1500 hours of VOD programming to U.S. cable MSOs from
over 70 content providers.

TVN content is delivered via satellite to a single docking
station located at cable headends, making TVN one of the most

including encoding, asset management, site-specific metadata,
and multicast transport via satellite to VOD systems throughout
North America. Utilizing ADONISS, TVN's asset management system,
both operators and networks have the ability to track on-demand
assets, as well as perform metadata management, reporting,
and deletion verification.
