Burbank, CA, April 6, 2004- TVN Entertainment, a leading

Sports Southeast (CSS) today announced a video services agreement
covering up to 60 college football games for video on demand
(VOD).
TVN will provide a range of VOD Services in support of CSS
including encoding, asset management, site-specific metadata,
and multicast transport to CSS affiliates throughout the United
States using TVN's TVNow rapid turnaround service. Games featuring
popular football schools like the University of Alabama, University
of Tennessee, University of Georgia and Auburn University
will be included and featured in the VOD sports offering.
