Burbank, CA, April 27, 2004- TVN Entertainment Corporation,
a leading provider of on demand television programming, management
and delivery services, today announced that it has been chosen
by Bresnan Communications as their provider of Video-On-Demand
(VOD) product and services.
TVN will provide the MSO with studio content, family programming
including KIDS Unlimited, HBO, Showtime, Starz, basic
cable and specialty networks. Bresnan Communications currently
serves subscribers in Colorado, Montana, Wyoming and Utah.
Bresnan has already launched VOD in Cheyenne and Laramie,
WY, and in Kalispell, MT. By the end of the year, the company
plans to offer the service to 64% of the homes it passes.

In addition, TVN recently signed agreements to provide VOD
products, services and distribution platform to two other
cable operators, Advanced Cable and Shrewsbury Community Cablevision.
Advanced Cable, owned by Schurz Communications, operates cable
systems serving Coral Springs and Weston Florida in the Miami
metropolitan area. The town of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts'
Electric Light Department operates Shrewsbury Community Cablevision.
